Rembrandt Aparthotel - Krakow

The location was unbeatable, just steps away from the bustling heart of the city. Communication with the staff was efficient, always appreciated. Be prepared for a lack of hot water during peak shower times. It was a challenge for our group of six. The decor left something to be desired, and while we managed with the bedding arrangement, we did not receive what we were initially promised.

Everything was simply really good. We lovely spend 5 nights in Krakow. Greatly enjoyed how the apartment with a kitchen was arranged when we arrived. The vibe here was quiet. The location was exceptionally nice, just a short stroll away from Main Square.

Absolutely loved the spacious apartment, plenty of room for 6 and in a fantastic spot just around the corner from the main square! The shower was a bit of a letdown, but overall, it was a great stay 😊

The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and in general I loved gorgeous and bright room. Location: the hotel was really close to great restaurants in the immediate vicinity, the old town center, and Krakow with friends.

The total stay was relaxing on a business trip. It was in a marvellous location with Main Square nearby.

An ideal base within steps of the heart of the city, combining comfort with character. Rooms are spacious and super tidy, improved with thoughtful touches from the owner who ensures a nice stay, including daily room cleaning and assistance with local tours. A great experience overall, just be mindful of the stairs!

Feeling that I thoroughly enjoyed this modern and stylish hotel after staying for 5 nights. Well-equipped and brand-new rooms with iron and ironing board, a work desk, and a stone fireplace, facilities worked well. The bed was comfortable and I had a private bathroom.

Utilize the detailed maps provided at the reception. They are invaluable for navigating Krakow's charm and finding local eateries.

The apartment features unique historical touches and a cozy layout that adds character to your stay. Clean towels and complimentary water upon arrival are nice little perks that you don't see everywhere.

Wi-Fi issues abound, as it completely failed , and the lack of air conditioning made the apartment uncomfortable, especially when workers set up scaffolding just outside my window, compromising privacy and adding noise early in the morning.

The location is a major highlight, being just a short stroll from the main square. The room was spacious and very clean. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues, including a clogged toilet and dirty linens, not addressed satisfactorily. Communication with the manager was frustrating and resulted in unnecessary stress. Despite these setbacks, the individual who managed the front desk was friendly and attempted to assist us throughout our stay.
